Taste award winning cider from the inaugural California Cider Competition, hosted Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show, California's one and only Apple Show for 90 years. And the only fair anywhere with Apple Jack as a mascot!

During the Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show, September 15th–17th, visitors taste over 67 varieties of apples, sample local apple juice (for free) and meet the apple growers themselves.

On September 16th and 17th, award-winning apple (hard) cider will be poured throughout the event at the fourth annual California Cider Competition Tasting! The tasting will feature Best of Show and Reserve Best of Show winners, along with Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal ciders.

The competition is designed to help consumers find ciders they love and get to know the cidermakers that craft them. The classes are consumer friendly, selected to help the public learn about cider and explore different styles, flavors and varieties.

Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show is held at 14400 Highway 128, Boonville, CA 95415.
